Short-Tail Opossum 'Weston'

This is 'Weston', he is a Short-Tail Opossum. I adopted him during an Exotic Pet Expo in Springfield, MO, on July 13, 2002. He was raised by Millermeade Farms, "Critter Connection" in Montpelier, OH.
He is wonderful and so fun to watch. The Short-Tailed Opossum
is a marsupial, NOT a rodent, and native to Brazil.
He really likes Peach Cobbler baby food.

(l) Running on his wheel!! (r)Crawling through a toilet paper
tube to get to dinner.

Here's the nest he's made out of some fleece I cut up for him.
He built it under his cardboard 'house'.
